Refund policy
Due to the nature of bath and body products, all sales are final. If a product arrives damaged or you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact Carol within three days of receiving your damaged product regarding your order.
Shipping policy
All orders ship via United States Postal Service priority mail or, if light enough, first class mail. If you need products to arrive sooner, please contact me and I’ll be happy to work with you.

Payment - ENB accepts credit card payment. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
Turnaround Time
All orders have a 14 business days turn around. Business days do not include weekends or major holidays. Soaps are made in small batches and need appropriate time to cures before shipping.
